For the first picture, I decided to edit it like I did because I wanted to detail the flowers more and make the yellow pop out more. I think this improved the picture because the original was boring and pretty colorless. The second picture, I wanted to bring out that darkness of the mulch, which I think brought out the texture. For the third picture, I turned it black and white, and it has more that one type of grey, because the bricks were different colors. This was the picture that looked best black and white. The fourth picture, as a double exposure. I used the textures of some moss on the ground, and one of the yellow stumps outside. I made the hues on this one a little pinker so it was not as boring as a color, since everything outside was pretty brown and tan. The fifth picture, is a mix of a painting in my house, and a girls knitted sweater. I think this looks cool, because it looks like it could be a blanket, and you can easily see both of the textures. The sixth picture was a picture of the sunset from a plane, and I thought it would be coll to make the plane with the bark. In my opinion, it looks like the plane is camouflage, which brings out the double exposure. For the last picture, I was inspired by David Hockney, who is an artist that started joiners. A joiner was a picture that was cut up, and each part was edited differently. I thought his artwork looked cool, which is why I decided to edit mine like I did. My favorite picture is the collage inspired by David Hockney, because it made the picture different and unique.
