For this assignment, we used pictures that represented words or phrases and combined them into one picture. For the first image, I decided to use New Zealand because I visited there in 2020 and it was so beautiful. I had lots of pictures that showed off nature and the sunsets that I thought I could include. These pictures are all landscapes. I wish I could have included some good food we ate or a fun beach that we visited, but I did not take any pictures of those. I liked the editing of my photos because the colors really pop and show the beauty of New Zealand. With the wording, it emphasizes New Zealand, but the pictures also pop through a lot. For the second image, I used a timer picture that my family took on our past spring break trip to Dauphin Island, Alabama. This is my family, minus my older sister, and my dad's brother, and his family. I love this image, so I chose to just slightly let the word family be visible. I did not want it to take away from the image, but at the same time the lines of the word stand out. I think I like the second version of the word image better because it does not distract as much from the actual image. However, with the first one, more pictures can be included.
